Elaine was born in Pennsylvania graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science, Physical Therapy in 1986. She moved to the Tidewater area in 1987 to be close to family. Elaine joined The Therapy Network in 1995 and has served most of that time at TTN’s Kingsborough Clinic in Chesapeake. She is married and has two children. She keeps very busy in her clinic seeing a majority of orthopedic patients and specializes in spine rehabilitation.

Andrea was worn in Florida and graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science. She attended the University of New Mexico where she was involved in the premedical program and research. Due to military transfer, Andrea returned to the Hampton Roads area and received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University in 1994. Andrea’s PT experience includes working in home health, hospitals and outpatient clinics throughout the Tidewater area. She has worked for TTN for more than 12 years. Her PT interests include manual therapy, treating a variety of orthopedics patients, including TMD, and utilizing techniques including, but not limited to, dry needling, Graston, myofascial release, muscle energy, and McKenzie and mulligan treatment methods. When not working, she is involved with sailing, racing and photography.

Allison is originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan. She moved to Virginia to attend school at Washington and Lee University. Allison graduated in 2012 with her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and went on to earn her Associate of Applied Science through the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Tidewater Community College. Allison utilizes an overall functional approach to restore and improve mobility, strength, and performance. She enjoys motivating patients to reach their goals. Allison is Graston Technique certified and enjoys treating orthopedic knee and shoulder patients as well as athletes. Being a college basketball player herself, Allison easily connects with these types of patients and develops a plan to help them safely return to sport and prevent injury in the future. When not in the clinic, Allison can be found spending time with her husband, Nick, and their three rescue dogs, Buddy, Yo-Yo and Ethel. Allison enjoys hiking, going to the beach, spending time with friends and family, shopping, and going to the gym.
