Ashley Knott, PTA

Ashley is a Virginia Beach native and she joined The Therapy Network First Colonial in 2022. Ashley received her Bachelors degree from Old Dominion University in 2011. She also graduated from South University with her Physical Therapist Assistant degree in 2020. Ashley has 10 years of experience working locally as a physical therapy technician and the last 2 years practicing as an Physical Therapist Assistant. She has a passion for treating spine pathologies using the McKenzie method. In Ashley’s spare time, she likes to go deep sea fishing, bow hunting, snowboarding, and paddle boarding with her dog.
