Darin Rado is the founding President and CEO of Career Strategies. Established in 1989, Darin oversees the strategic direction of the company providing nationwide staffing and executive search solutions for an array of clients and industries. With 115 internal employees and over 10,000 temporary employees in 46 states, Darin’s leadership and agency expertise has resulted in a trajectory of growth and a brand known for extraordinary service and standards.

Darin served on the board of directors for Cure Diabetes Now and is an active member in several roundtable and advisory groups. He’s a golf enthusiast with a passion for horses, his family and the outdoors.
