Elaine was born in Pennsylvania graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science, Physical Therapy in 1986. She moved to the Tidewater area in 1987 to be close to family. Elaine joined The Therapy Network in 1995 and has served most of that time at TTN’s Chesapeake, VA clinic. She is married and has two children. She keeps very busy in her clinic seeing a majority of orthopedic patients and specializes in spine rehabilitation.
