CEO, Board Chairman, and Clinic Director

Mandi was born and raised in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She graduated from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia with her Bachelor’s in Health Sciences and Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Mandi began her career in an outpatient physical therapy facility, where she gained valuable clinical experience before relocating to Chesapeake and joining The Therapy Network in 2015. A licensed physical therapist since 2013, Mandi specializes in oncology and spinal pathologies. She is passionate about supporting patients through cancer recovery and leads TTN’s oncology rehabilitation program, where she helps individuals regain strength, mobility, and confidence after treatment. Mandi is also one of TTN’s spine specialists, utilizing her certification in McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), which she earned in 2018, to provide effective, evidence-based care for patients experiencing back and neck pain.

In addition to her clinical work, Mandi plays a key leadership role at The Therapy Network. As Clinic Director of the Kempsville location, she continues to serve her patients and clinic staff while supporting a collaborative environment where both can thrive. Mandi also serves as Chairman of the Board and CEO of The Therapy Network, providing leadership and vision for the organization as TTN continues to grow and look toward the future. Through both her clinic and organizational leadership, she remains committed to supporting TTN’s patients, staff, and continued success. Outside of work, Mandi enjoys spending weekends drag racing with her husband, family, and friends.
