Lauren is a Virginia Beach native and has been with The Therapy Network since 2006. Lauren initially joined TTN as a physical therapy technician. Falling in love with the field, she continued her education locally. Initially, she got an associates degrees from TCC to be a physical therapist assistant. Lauren continued her physical therapy education at ODU for an undergraduate science degree and finally her doctorate degree in physical therapy. Gait pathologies and lower extremity biomechanics are her main interests for physical therapy. In addition to having extensive education in biomechanics, she is also dry needle certified since 2015 and McKenzie certified since 2017. She enjoys continuing to expand her education and skillset. Lauren’s hobbies including spending time with her fur-babies, running locally, camping, dirt biking and racing motorcycles.

.Rob Beba, BSc, PT, CMTPT
Rob was born in Holbeach, England. He attended Nottingham School of Physiotherapy and graduated in 1991. Rob worked as a physical therapist in England and Australia before moving to the United States. He joined TTN in 1996 and took the position of Director of Clinic Operations in 2005. Rob’s main area of interest in physical therapy is with treatments of the spine and he is certified in Dry Needling, and has been a mainstay at the First Colonial office for many years. Outside of work he enjoys golf, soccer, cycling and travelling.

.Rona Beck, PT, MSPT
Rona was born and raised in upstate New York and attended Ithaca College where she earned a Master’s in Physical Therapy in 1996. After graduation, Rona worked in an in-patient rehabilitation hospital in Alexandria, LA. She then moved to Virginia Beach where she was a staff therapist for Sentara for 10 years with a clinical emphasis on neurological and inpatient rehabilitation. Marrying into the Navy in 2006, Rona started a whirlwind tour working as a therapist for the US Army at Camp Zama in Japan, for Performance Therapy in Oxnard, California, for Christus Spohn in Corpus Christi and Kingsville, Texas and again for Sentara in Virginia Beach. In January, 2017 she joined The Therapy Network. She has attended the Concussion Certification Training from the American Institute of Balance. Rona has a special interest and training in Vestibular rehabilitation. Rona’s work experience includes working in acute, in-patient, and outpatient settings with orthopedic, amputee, stroke, head and neck patients with a strong focus on orthopedic and neurological recovery. She is currently taking the McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment courses with the hopes of achieving MDT certification in the next year.
Brooke Panfil, PT, DPT

Brooke is a local to Virginia Beach. With a passion for sports and exercise, she always knew she wanted to pursue a career in the medical field and believed that physical therapy was a perfect combination of both. After completing her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from James Madison University, Brooke obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Lynchburg in the spring of 2020. Soon after in June, she joined The Therapy Network. As a new grad, Brooke is eager to learn from other therapists and to further her education along the way. She hopes to help all her patients achieve goals they did not think were possible and reduce their pain so they can live happy healthy lives. Brooke has many years of experience in CrossFit and competitive powerlifting so general health and fitness are important to her. Outside of work, Brooke enjoys working out, going to the beach, cooking, volleyball, and getting coffee with her fiancé and pup.
