Robert Maroon, PT – Clinic Director
Robert is one of the founding members of The Therapy Network. Robert Graduated from The State University of New York at Buffalo in 1986 and came to Virginia Beach. He worked at Ghent Physical Therapy and, within 6 months, became an owner of what has become The Therapy Network. Robert’s passion continues to be treating patients, specifically those with Spinal problems of the neck and back. He has been utilizing the McKenzie spine evaluation and treatment method since 1990. Robert is well known in the Hampton Roads Community for his continued work with difficult spine cases and his high outcomes with those patients. Robert is a guest lecturer at the Eastern Virginia Medical School’s Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department, instructing residents in Physical Evaluation of the Spine. Robert is involved in many Charities, including being a past President of the local chapter of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and holds a current board of directors’ position with the Sugar Plum Bakery in Virginia Beach. Robert has four grown children and enjoys golf and basketball.
Lauren Stacy, PT, DPT

Lauren is a Virginia Beach native and has been with The Therapy Network since 2006. Lauren initially joined TTN as a physical therapy technician. Falling in love with the field, she continued her education locally. Initially, she got an associate’s degree from TCC to be a physical therapist assistant. Lauren continued her physical therapy education at ODU for an undergraduate science degree and, finally, her doctorate in physical therapy. Gait pathologies and lower extremity biomechanics are her main interests in physical therapy. In addition to having extensive education in biomechanics, she is also dry needle certified since 2015 and McKenzie certified since 2017. She enjoys continuing to expand her education and skillset. Lauren’s hobbies include spending time with her fur babies, running locally, camping, dirt biking, and racing motorcycles.

.Rob Beba, BSc, PT, CMTPT
Rob was born in Holbeach, England. He attended Nottingham School of Physiotherapy and graduated in 1991. Rob worked as a physical therapist in England and Australia before moving to the United States. He joined TTN in 1996 and took the position of Director of Clinic Operations in 2005. Rob’s main area of interest in physical therapy is with treatments of the spine, and he is certified in Dry Needling and has been a mainstay at the First Colonial office for many years. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, soccer, cycling, and traveling.
